MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Abstract One area of general management is human resource management, which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The success of achieving organizational goals depends greatly on human resources, which is one of the resources available in the organization. Human resources have an important role in completing tasks and functions. Whether someone is successful or not depends on their ability to do it. Leaders use human resource management to hire employees who have sufficient results for the resources they have, namely the school. Increasing human resources to improve school quality includes increasing resources whose research focus is teachers. This research aims to increase knowledge about efforts to improve school quality through human resource management. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Human resource management consists of various elements. This includes planning that considers the number of needs, organization that involves organizational administrators, predetermined work direction, control based on quality safety (QA), and increasing teaching staff through training. To achieve graduate competency standards, the quality of education uses standard human resource management processes.
